I bought this at a con in February for my birthday and I use it every day! Barely has a scratch on it and holds everything I could possibly need. Minimal weight and comfortable with use of any of the straps. It also is my first Ita bag so I'm happy it can hold so many of my pins safely. Also she was super nice when I bought it,even giving me tips and taking it out of the package for me when I had bought it as I have a hard time with my hands. Definitely recommend!
